Chatbots

Chatbots allow you to extend your Pipelines' functionality by maintaining a running conversation history. You can access this conversation history by including Chat nodes in your Pipelines and then turning those Pipelines into Chatbots.

You will be able to share or integrate your chatbot through multiple methods:

• Share Chatbot Link: share chatbot via built-in VectorShift's chatbot link or embed using script/iFrame.

• Connect to Slack: Integrate your chatbot with Slack by adding a chatbot to the Slack workspace or using the OAuth method.

• Twilio Configuration (WhatsApp / SMS): integrate chatbot using Twilio to integrate with WhatsApp or SMS.

• API Export: integrate the chatbot with your app using API.
